The full impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is unforeseen at this time, but we want our members to know we are here for you. We want you to be able to focus on the health and well-being of yourselves and your families, and not be overly-concerned with the financial impact this pandemic may have. Therefore, we are providing the following assistance to any members who are financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, it is important that you contact us in advance of your need – these actions will NOT be taken automatically. Also, please do not wait until you have been financially impaired. Our goal is to help you avoid financial stress and impact.
- Loan Skip-a-Pay Service: We are implementing our loan skip-a-pay program until further notice, and waiving the $30 fee for this service. Please complete this request form at least 5 days prior to your loan payment due date.
- Emergency Loan: Members who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic may apply for a $500-$1,000 emergency loan at 7.99%APR* for up to 12 months. In your application, please explain how you will be financially impacted. Be as specific as possible.
- Payment Systems Remain Active: We are closely monitoring all of our payment systems and vendors (debit and credit cards, ATMs, online and mobile services, etc.). If at any time you experience an issue, please contact us. We do not anticipate these services becoming unavailable, so rest assured you will have access to your money and your accounts at Metco.
- Additional Assistance: If you will be financially impacted by COVID-19 and need some other type of financial assistance, please use the form below to express your need to us and we will reach out to you within one business day.
