61st Annual Membership Meeting

All Metco Credit Union members are invited to attend Metco’s 61st Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 7th at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, 7725 Kirkwood Blvd. SW in Cedar Rapids. The event will begin with breakfast at 9:00 a.m., followed by the business meeting and election, and of course we’ll wrap-up the morning with prize giveaways. Tickets will be available for $5.00 each at the credit union office starting February 15th. You can also email us your ticket order at ContactUs@MetcoCU.org and, once paid for, we’ll hold your tickets at the Annual Meeting.
As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, Metco’s board is comprised of elected members who volunteer their time to represent the entire membership and make decisions on their behalf. Any member age 18 and older who is interested in being considered for a position on our board should contact CEO Brad Mertens at 319.398.5007 ext. 219 or via email at email@example.com by January 15, 2018. Brad will provide additional information about Metco’s board, the responsibilities of the position and a few steps you will need to take in order to submit your candidacy.
Members age 16 and older may vote to fill three positions on the Board of Directors, with each position filling a three-year term. No nominations will be accepted from the floor. Candidate biographies will be posted on this page no later than March 6, 2018.
